Job Description:

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, evaluating options; Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts with business operations. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Competencies Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues Understands clients’ needs Coordinate with sponsors concerning size, standards, conditions and timing of research Develop draft proposals based on meetings and discussions Maintain the Business Development databases Support marketing activities, mailings, etc. Business Development from new clients through cold calling followed by complete client coordination. Identifying new Project Requirements. Provide support to Sales campaign planning & execution. All Domestic clients, interaction via call, email and outsourcing websites Get connected with new clients on social media platforms Face book and Twitter, PR sites, Sales force and other sites. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas with clients in Written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships. Prior experience of lead generation through emails, LinkedIn, Bidding Portals and business development in IT services (Domestic Market).

Responsible for generating business via various sources from Domestic for mobile and web application development domain. Have knowledge of understanding of web technologies mobile technologies like Android and iPhone based development.

Qualification : MBA – 60% in all Academics
